Database owners can create new users whose accounts inherit one or many rights of database owner, duplicate current user accounts, modify password, and even archive an active user account in the Settings module. The system also enables database owners to archive/unarchive, to delete, or to change password not only one user at a time, but many selected users at the same time.
Step 1: Follow the link Settings > Users & Companies > Users and click Create
Step 2: Input new user details and click Save.
Please note that the email of the user is mandatory and must be unique.
Database owners can consider other advanced functions described in detail below to create accounts that suit their management needs.

Manager: Besides the access to all menus & submenus as same as Point of Sales: User, this role also have access to:
Restricted Editor: This role can edit basic features on the database’s website such as show/hide logo, edit menus, manage pages, etc.
Editor & Designer: This role has full access rights to modify the database’s website such as organize pages and their properties, change pictures or background, edit slogan and text, etc.
|6.||Administration||Access Rights: This role enables users to create, edit, modify, and delete all records in module Settings. It is recommended that this role is ONLY assigned to the database owner.|

Please sync the system time-zone with a date-time configuration in your device.
Handle by Emails: All notifications will be managed not only in the KIU BMP system but also sent to the user’s mail address.
Handle by KIUBMP: All notifications will be managed only in KIU BMP, “Conversations” symbol on the top-left corner of the browser.
The alias email address that this account is included (e.g. email@example.com.KIUgloba.com)
Users will be notified if there is any email sent to this alias email address.
|5.||Signature||The configuration of user signature under every email sent by system.|
|(Tab) Point of Sale|
|1.||Barcode||The unique code that is given to this user.|
|2.||Security PIN||The secret PIN that can be used only by this user. When switching users in an opening POS session, the system may require this PIN to identify the correct user.|
Once you finish above steps, there is no notification to user until you click at the button Send an invitation via email. An invitation will be sent to the user’s email with a link to set password. In case the user hasn’t received the email, you can copy the link and send them or you even can set a password for the user by clicking at Change Password.
